Thanks for shopping! Your satisfaction is very important to us, so if you are not happy with your recent purchase we gladly accept exchanges or returns. Returns will be refunded to your original form of payment. Follow these easy steps to initiate your return:

You have 15 days from receipt of your order to initiate a return with Any orders that are initiated after the 15 day period will not be accepted for refund.

ALL PURCHASES MUST BE PRE-AUTHORIZED FOR RETURN. To receive a return authorization number, email us at with your order number, the merchandise you wish to return, and the reason for your return.

If a code is used for FINAL SALE - No returns or exchanges will be available.

Once you receive a return authorization number from our customer service team, please indicate the RA# on the outside of the box where it is visible. Without the RA#, the processing of your return may be delayed.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost. You may choose to either send the return package to us at your own cost using your preferred method of shipping** or we can provide a pre-paid UPS shipping label for which a $12.95 fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

returns conditions
All purchases must be returned in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with original tags attached. We cannot accept returns showing signs of wear including sweat, make-up, deodorant, etc. All returned products will be inspected upon receipt by our warehouse. If products are not in salable condition, your return will be denied and such items will not be refunded.

exchange conditions
Exchange requests must be initiated within 15 days of receipt or your order.  You are responsible for the return shipping cost, however we will send out the exchange to you at no further cost.

Sales items that are clearly described as FINAL SALE at time of purchase may not be returned or exchanged.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on products that were not purchased via this website. will not accept returns or exchanges that were purchased from other retailers.

**For your personal protection, we highly recommend that you ship your return using a traceable carrier such as UPS, Federal Express, or US Postal Service (registered, insured, or signature required). Principle Denim is not responsible for any return packages that are lost in transit to our warehouse.

Refunds may take up to 15 business days.
